All charges are per day. We charge for the day of arrival and the day of departure.
If your pet is collected within the first hour of opening we will not charge for that day.
All animals are covered by our insurance which is included in the daily charges .
A deposit of £20 per week per kennel/pen is required to confirm your booking which is transferrable but non-refundable.
Payment is accepted by cash or cheque (with a valid bankers card). WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS.
